Changed Configuration

Retrofit Timber Joinery
For timber joinery, almost no difference is observed on the internal windows after installation. New double glazing units are secured from the external side with timber beadings which are nailed in place.
Retrofit Aluminium Joinery
For aluminium joinery, we are able to replace the old single glazing glass with new double glazing units and retain the existing frames. We change the glazing bead that holds the single glazing in place with a new bead to accommodate the wider new double glazing unit.
For opening sash windows, we do a full replacement of the frame, hinges, rubbers and handles. Sliding doors may need adapters depending on the age of the system but are also easily upgraded.
